Practicing mindfulness doesn't have to be done alone. In fact, it can be hugely beneficial to practice with other people which is why I offer this practice group to anyone who has some experience of mindfulness.
You may have been practicing mindfulness for many years and have a well established practice so would like to come along to explore new practices or simply meet up with other practitioners from around the world. Perhaps your mindfulness practice has fallen by the way-side recently and you'd like to re-connect with it. Give yourself permission to press pause, recharge and reconnect on this mindfulness based retreat. Take the time to explore mindfulness practices with a small group of people and led by an experienced and qualified mindfulness teacher.
Many of us live very busy lives and often don't prioritise time for ourselves to re-balance and recharge. This mindfulness retreat offers you the time and space to do just that.
