There is a beauty that emerges from simplicity as well as a deep sense of peacefulness. 

Life can feel so much more purposeful and fulfilling when we are really clear on what is important to us and we live from that place more often.


You could call it soulful living.


It's not easy to reconnect with the simple way of being when you are in the midst of the river of doing that is everyday life, which is why creating time to pause and step back from it all is so powerful.


These retreats offer you the opportunity to cultivate that peacefulness for the body, mind and soul in a nourishing, inspiring and beautiful location with a small group of similarly mindful and compassionate people and guided by an experienced mindfulness and compassion coach.

Both retreats offer you the opportunity to pause, slow down and reconnect with yourself with the support of calming meditation, restorative yoga, nurturing walks in nature and nourishing food.
