My journey started in a very traditional way. I left school, went to University, graduated with a degree in Psychology, joined a graduate training programme and worked my way up the corporate ladder with one of the best known hotel brands in the world.
And then something began to shift.
I realised that I was on a treadmill, moving forward (and upward) in my career but to where? And for what?
After 10 years I left my role as Regional Learning and Development Manager and became a self-employed coach and trainer.
And that is the point at which I stepped off the treadmill and fully into life.
